This paper presents analysis of operation and implementation of Z-source space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) inverter fed three phase induction motor. The Z-source is an alternative power conversion topology that can both buck and boost the input voltage using only passive components. It uses a unique LC impedance network inthe DC link between rectifier and inverter fed induction motor. It also allows the use of the shoot-through switching state, which eliminates or reduces the dead-times that are used in the conventional inverters. Therefore, the Z-source inverter can buck and boost voltage to a desired output voltage that is greater than the available input voltage. In addition, it reduces the harmonics, improves power factor, increases reliability ,low cost and highly efficient single-stage structure for buck and boost power conversion. Theoretical analysis and simulation studies using PSIM software have been performed to demonstrate these new features.

يقدم هذا البحث التحليل و التمثيل لعمل محرك حثي ثلاثي الطور بأستخدام عاكس مصدر يعتبر بديل هندسي لتحويل وتغيير Z بتقنية تضمين عرض النبضه للمتجه الفضائي. عاكس مصدر الطاقة حيث يقلل ويعزز الفولتية الداخلة باستخدام مكونات غير فعالة.كما يستعمل ممانعة فريده ذات شبكة محاثية سعوية في وصلة التيار المستمر بين المعدل والعاكس التي تغذي الماطور الحثي.كذلكيسمح باستخدام حالة توصيل بين المفاتيح والتي تؤدي لالغاء او تقليل وقت الاطفاء الذي يستخدم يمكن يقلل ويعزز الفولتية باكثر من الفولتية المتاحه الداخلة Z بالعاكس التقليدي.ولذلك عاكس مصدر .بالاضافه يقلل التوافقيات ويحسن معامل القدره ويزيد الوثوقية وبكلفة واطئة وكفاءة عاليه ويسيطرلتوضيح PSIM على تحويل القدرة بهيكلية احاديه. تم تحليل نظري ودراسة تمثيلية باستخدام برنامج هذة الخصائص الجديدة.

Phosphorus(P) is a finite resource and is a major limiting factor for rice yield on a large area of World’s arable land. P is limited to plants because of its chemical fixation and low solubility leading to P deficiency in most soils. Soil microbial communities exert important control over soil processes and their functions are central to nutrient cycling that determines plant productivity. This study is aimed at understanding interactions between indigenous soil micro-organisms and rice cultivars (Oryza sativa L.) in P limited conditions. Two rice cultivars (Azucena and IAC 25) were grown in either live or sterile soil (5% live or sterile topsoil with 95% P-limited sterile subsoil, plus P free Yoshida’s nutrient solution). Plant growth, P-uptake and P use efficiency (PUE) were assayed at harvest. Results revealed a highly significant (P<0.001) interaction on shoot dry weight (SDW) where Azucena grew better in sterile soil than its live topsoil counterpart. The opposite was observed for IAC 25. This effect was even more pronounced for root growth with the root system of sterile topsoil grown IAC 25 being reduced by more than 60%. This translated into an effect on root/shoot ratio where topsoil sterilisation (no inocula) had little effect on Azucena but in IAC 25 it reduced from 0.35 to 0.21 (P values for both treatment and cultivar effect were less than 0.001). Significant interaction between cultivar and treatment for shoot P concentration and P use efficiency (g shoot dry weight/mg P in shoot) were found. These results suggest that IAC 25 requires the presence of soil microbes to access soil-bound P under P-limiting condition while Azucena does not.

يعد الفوسفور عنصر غذائي مهم وعاملا محدداً كبيراً لانتاج محصول الرز على مساحة واسعة من الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة في العالم. ان جاهزية عنصر الفوسفور للنبات محدودة بسبب عمليات التثبيت الكيميائي له وقلة ذوبان هذا العنصرمما يؤدي إلى نقصه في معظم أنواع الترب. أن المجتمعات الميكروبية الموجودة في التربة لها دور مهم وفعال في السيطرة على التحولات الحيوية المختلفة في التربة وان دور تلك المجتمعات الميكروبية يعد اساساً في تدوير المغذيات الموجودة في التربة والتي تحدد إنتاجية النبات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم التأثيرات المتداخلة بين الكائنات الدقيقة المستوطنة في التربة وصنفين من أصناف الرز (Azucena و IAC 25)فيظروف تربة محدودة الفسفور. تم زراعة هذين الصنفين في معاملتين الاولى تربة حية (5% تربة حية (بدون تعقيم) مأخوذة من الطبقة السطحية للحقل مع 95% تربة معقمة مأخوذة من الحقل بعمق دون20سم) والمعاملة الثانية تربة ميتة (5% تربة معقمة مأخوذة من الطبقة السطحية للحقل مع 95% تربة معقمة مأخوذة من الحقل بعمق دون20سم). تم ارواء المعاملتين بمحلول يوشيدا المغذي. اما الصفات المدروسة التي تم قياسها عند الحصاد فهي نمو النبات وامتصاص الفسفور وكفاءة استخدام الفسفور (PUE). كشفت النتائج عن وجود فرق معنوي عالي(P<0.001) في الوزن الجاف للنبات حيث ان الصنف Azucenaنما أفضل في التربة المعقمة من نظيره المزروع في التربة الحية. ولوحظ العكس بالنسبة للصنف IAC 25 . كان هذا التأثير أكثر وضوحا بالنسبة لنمو الجذور حيث ان المجموع الجذري للصنف IAC 25 المزروع في التربة المعقمة كان منخفض بنسبة تزيد عن 60٪. وان هذا التأثير على الجذر انعكس على نسبة الجذر/المجموعالخضري حيث كان لتعقيم التربة (تربة بدون مكروبات) تأثير قليل على الصنف Azucenaلكن بالنسبة للصنفIAC 25 فقد انخفضت نسبة الجذر/المجموع الخضري من 0.35 الى 0.21 (علماً ان تأثير كلا العاملين (الاصناف والمعاملات كان معنوي اي ان (P<0.001. ان تأثير كلا العاملين الاصناف والمعاملات كان معنوياً على تركيز الفسفور في المجموع الخضري وكفاءة استخدام الفسفور(الوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري بالغرام/وزن الفسفور في المجموع الخضري بالملغرام ). وتشير هذه النتائج إلى أن الصنف IAC 25 في ظروف نقص الفسفور يحتاج الى وجود ميكروبات التربة للوصول إلى الفسفور الممسوك بالتربة في حين أن هذة الحالة لا تنطبق على الصنف Azucena.

Marker-assisted breeding is a very useful instrument for breeders but still needs much research work because information on the effect of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in different genetic backgrounds is uncertain and ideal molecular markers are unavailable. Therefore, some research efforts toward the investigation and validation of the major rice QTL Phosphate uptake 1 (Pup1) that confers tolerance of phosphorus (P) deficiency in rice (Oryza sativa L.) have been made throughout assessing the effect of the presence of the Pup1 allele on growth parameters of selected genotypes. Six markers were selected that target firstly putative genes that are partially conserved in the Nipponbare reference genome and secondly Kasalath-specific genes that are located in a large insertion-deletion (INDEL) region that is absent in Nipponbare. Testing these markers in 30 diverse rice genotypes showed that those genotypes possess Kasalath alleles at all analysed loci, apart from Kasalath, were Azucena, Black Gora, FR 13A, IAC 165 and IAC 25. Genotypes that partially possessed Kasalath alleles were only three (Dular, Li-Jiang-Xin-Tuan-Hei-Gu and M 202) while the other genotypes lacked Kasalath alleles at all loci analysed. These contrasting Pup1 genotypes were subsequently grown in two different P-deficient soils and environments. Whether P applied in liquid form as Yoshida’s nutrient solution (YNS) or solid form as rock phosphate added either homogenously or in 10 cm shallow layer, genotypes with the Kasalath alleles in Pup1 locus maintained significantly higher shoot dry weight (SDW) plant-1 under P deprivation in comparison with intolerant genotypes with the Nipponbare alleles in this locus. Overall, the data provide evidence that Pup1 has the potential to improve SDW in P-deficient conditions and in diverse genetic backgrounds.

تعد التربية بالاستعانة بالمعلمات الجزيئية اداة مفيدة جدا لمربي النبات ولكن لا تزال بحاجة إلى الكثير من العمل البحثي لأن المعلومات عن تأثير مواقع الصفات الكمية (QTLs) في تراكيب وراثية مختلفة هي غير مؤكده ولا توجد هناك معلمات جزيئيه مثالية, وعليه بعض الجهود البحثية باتجاه التحقيق والتثبت من موقع الصفه الكمية فيما يختص الفوسفور(Pup1) الذي يمنح صفة مقاومة شحة الفوسفور في الرز(Oryza sativa L.) كانت قد عُملت من خلال تقييم تائير تباين الاليلات في الموقع Pup1 على صفات النمو المقاسة في تراكيب منتخبة من الرز. لقد تم اختيار ستة معلمات جزيئية لتستهدف جينات مفترضة ومحفوظة جزئيا في جينوم صنف الرز نيبونباري (Nipponbare) وكذالك تستهدف الجينات الخاصة بصنف الكزلاث (Kasalath) وان هذه الجينات الاخيره هي غير موجودة في صنف ال Nipponbare وتقع في موقع جينومي كبير يحتوي على مسح او وادخال (INDEL). بعد اختبار 30 صنف لمحصول الرز بواسطة المعلمات اظهرت النتائج بأن الأصناف التي تمتلك لاليلات الصنف كزلاث في كل مواقع الصفه الكميه المدروسه من غير صنف الكزلاث كانت,Azucena ,Black Gora FR 13A IAC 165,وكذالك IAC 25 اما الأصناف التي تمتلك لاليلات كزلاث بشكل جزئي فهي ثلاث فقط وهي ,Dular Li-Jiang-Xin-Tuan-Hei-Gu و M 202 بينما باقي الأصناف لا تمتلك لاليلات كزلاث في كل المواقع المدروسه. ثم بعد ذلك تمت زراعة هذه الأصناف المتباينه باليلاتها في تربتين تفتقر لعنصر الفوسفور وقد أضيف عنصر الفوسفور الى المعاملات بإسلوبين مختلفين وبتجربتين (أما بشكل سائل كمحلول يوشيدا (Yoshida) المغذي او بشكل صلب على شكل الفوسفات الصخري والذي اظيف هو الاخر بطريقتين أما خُلط بشكل متجانس مع كل التربة او اقتصر على 10 سم من الطبقه السطحية فقط). لقد اظهرت النتائج بانه تحت ظروف شحة الفوسفور استطاعت الأصناف التي تمتلك لاليلات صنف الكزلاث في Pup1 ان تديم وزن جاف للمجموع الخظري عالي بشكل معنوي مقارنتاً بالأصناف الغير مقاومه التي تمتلك اليلات صنف النيبونباري في هذا الموقع للصفة الكمية. بشكل عام ان البيانات تثبت بأن Pup1 اثر وبشكل معنوي على رفع الوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري لاصناف من الرز تختلف في تركيبها الوراثي في ظروف شحة الفوسفور.

The aim of this study to determine how tolerant wheat genotypes to drought stress. Three drought tolerant Triticum aestivum L. genotypes; Rizgary, Sham-6 and Abu-Ghraib compared with three drought-susceptible; IPA95, Tammuz-2 and IPA99 under water deficit 20% WHC (Water Holding Capacity). ABA level, drought related parameters; shoot and root dry weights, root and shoot ratio. As well as Leaf relative water content (LRWC %), membrane stability index (MSI %) and proline content determined in the leaves. A considerable increase of ABA noted in drought tolerant as compared to susceptible genotypes under drought stress condition. That is led to reduction in shoot dry weight in Rizgary, Sham-6 and Abu-ghreb; 2.71, 2.70 and 2.62 g/plant respectively. In addition they adapted to proliferate larger root system with 2.63, 2.16 and 1.71 g/plant respectively. Consequently the ratio of root: shoot increased; 0.98, 0.80 and 0.66. Rizgary, Sham-6 and Abu-ghreb retained a significantly higher LRWCs %; 79.81, 77.17 and 78.53 % respectively at 20 % WHC as compared to susceptible genotypes. Membrane Stability Index (MSI %) decreased significantly at lower rate in tolerant genotypes; 65.69, 67.28 and 67.18 % respectively. As well as proline increased as an osmoticum to reduce the harmful effect of drought on plant cell in resistant genotypes; Rizgary, Sham-6 and Abu-ghreb; 0.71, 0.72 and 0.61 mg g-1 D. in sequence as compared to sensitive genotypes. The tolerant genotypes have stronger adaptability mechanisms to cope water scarcity as compared to susceptible genotypes.

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد مدى كيفية الأنماط الوراثية المقاومة للقمح للإجهاد المائي الناتج عن الجفاف.تمت مقارنة ثلاثة تراكيب جينية مقاومة من Triticum aestivum L. رزطاري وشام -6 وأبو غريب مع ثلاثة تراكيب وراثية حساسة للجفاف ؛ اباء- 95 , تموز- 2 و اباء- 99 تحت مستوى 20 ٪ للسعة الحقلية (٪WHC). تم تقدير نسبة هورمون الأبسيسك اسيد ABA ، البارامترات المتعلقة بالجفاف ؛ الأوزان الجافة للمجموع الخضري و الجذري ونسبة المجموعة الجذرية الى الخضرية . بالإضافة إلى محتوى الماء النسبي للورقة (LRWC ٪) ، ودليل ثبات الغشاء الخلوي (MSI ٪) ومحتوى البرولين في الأوراق. لوحظت زيادة كبيرة في تركيز ABA في الأنماط الجينية المقاومة بالمقارنة مع الأنماط الجينية الحساسة تحت ظروف الإجهاد المائي. حيث أدى ذلك إلى انخفاض الوزن الجاف في رزطاري وشام -6 وأبو غريب 2.71 و 2.70 و 2.62 غم / نبات على التوالي. بالإضافة إلى تكيفها لتكاثر نظام الجذري الأكبر مع 2.63 ، 2.16 و 1.71 جم / نبات على التوالي. ونتيجة لذلك زادت نسبة الجذر: المجموعة الخضرية 0.98 و 0.80 و 0.66. احتفظ كل من رزطاري ، شام -6 و أبو غريب بنسبة أكبر من LRWCs٪ ؛ 79.81 و 77.17 و 78.53٪ على التوالي عند 20٪ من ال WHC مقارنة بالأنماط الوراثية الحساسة. كذلك انخفض (MSI ٪) بشكل ملحوظ في معدل أقل في الأنماط الوراثية المقاومة 65.69 و 67.28 و 67.18٪ على التوالي. بالإضافة إلى زيادة البرولين كمنتج أسموزي لتقليل التأثير الضار للجفاف على الخلايا النباتية في الأصناف المقاومة. رزطاري ، شام - 6 وأبو غريب ؛ 0.71 و 0.72 و 0.61 ملجرام/ نبات على التوالي بالمقارنة مع الأنماط الوراثية الحساسة. تتمتع الأنماط الوراثية القاومة بآليات أقوى للتكيف لمواجهة ندرة المياه مقارنة بالأنماط الوراثية حساسة التأثر.

The present research aims to identify the impact use of Groups technique in developing some perception variables of the motor- sense and learning the skills of pass and shoot ,in addition to know the best technique to keep the learning in the groups of the research sample .The researcher chooses experimental method for its suitable to the research nature. The research society is (180) students of second stage in the college of Physical education and Sport sciences – Diyala University with average (25-30 )students in each class. The research sample includes (A and B) classes out of (6) classes totally ,they are selected randomly . The research sample includes ( 40) students. While the sample of pilot experiments includes (20) students from (C class). The homogeneity between the two groups is applied to control the variables of age , length and weight . Then the equivalent between the two groups is used in learning the skills of Pass and Shoot in handball. The instructor follows the learning program of the college in managing and repeating the exercises with Groups technique in experimental group to develop the motor sense perception while he follows the Command technique in controlling group . The learning program has lasted (14 ) learning unit with (2) units a week .The time of learning unit was (90) second . Then the keeping test was applied after (21) days . The researcher uses statistical program (SPSS) to find out the research data .He concludes that the use of Groups technique is more effective in developing the motor –sense perception in learning the skills perception and learning the skills of pass and shoot in handball than Command technique He also proves that the Groups technique has advantages in keeping the skills of pass and shoot in handball as compared with the Command technique.

ملخص البحث هدف البحث تعرف اثر استخدام اسلوب التعيينات في تنمية بعض متغيرات الادراك الحس – حركي وتعلم مهارتي التصويب والمناولة, والتعرف على افضل اسلوب في الاحتفاظ بالتعلم لمجموعتي البحث . وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث, تكون مجتمع البحث من طلاب المرحلة الدراسية الثانية بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة ديالى للعام الدراسي 2015– 2016 البالغ عددهم ( 180 ) طالب, أما عینة البحث فقد تكونت من طلاب شعبتين وهم شعبة ( أ ) وشعبة (ب ) تم اختیارهها عشوائیا من بین شعب السنة الدراسیة الثانیة والبالغ عددهم ( 6) شعب، وبمعدل( 25 -30 ) طالباً لكل شعبة، وبهذا بلغت عینة البحث ( 40 ) طالباً, وأما عينة التجارب الاستطلاعية الذي يجري الباحث عمله عليها والبالغ عددهم (20) طالبا كانت من شعبة ( ج ) بعد ان استبعد الباحث عدداً من الطلاب من عينة البحث , تمت عملية التجانس بين المجموعتين من عينة البحث لضبط المتغيرات الاتية العمر الزمني والطول والوزن, وتم التكافؤ فيما بين مجموعتي البحث في تعلم مهارتي التصويب والمناولة بكرة اليد, وقام مدرس المادة بتطبيق المنهاج التعليمي للكلية وقد تم تنظيم التمارين وتكرارها على استخدام اسلوب التعيينات للمجموعة التجريبية لتمنية الادراك الحس حركي اما المجموعة الضابطة استخدمت الاسلوب الامري, وقد استغرق المنهاج التعليمي (14) وحدة تعليمية وبواقع (2) وحدة تعليمية لكل مجموعة بالاسبوع, وان زمن الوحدة التعليمية (90) دقيقة , ومن ثم اختبار الاحتفاظ بعد مرور (21) يوما . وتم استخدام البرنامج الخاص المستخدم في المجالات الاحصائية وبنظام ( spss) لاستخراج البيانات الخاصة بالبحث . واستنتج الباحث بان استخدام اسلوب التعيينات كان اكثر فاعلية لتمنية الادراك الحس حركي وفي تعلم مهارتي المناولة التصويب و بكرة اليد مقارنة باسلوب الامري .واثبت لاسلوب التعيينات افضلية في الاحتفاظ لمهارتي المناولة والتصويب بكرة اليد مقارنة بالاسلوب الامري .
