This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the addition of liquid (University fertilizer) and Trichoderma harzianum in the growth Parameters of date palm Seedling Barhee cultivar. The results of the experiment showed that the addition of liquid fertilizer or T.harzianum resulted in a significant increase in growth characteristics (length of vegetative, fresh and dry weight). The results showed that the superiority of the interference treatment of the liquid fertilizer with T.harzianum resulted in an increase in vegetative height and root length compared to other treatments. The same treatment gave the highest rate of vegetative height and root length of 28.56 and 24.25 cm respectively. While the control treatment (without addition) gave the lowest rate of vegetative height and the root length of the root, recording 15.22 and 10.37 cm, respectively, Interference treatment gave the highest rate of light weight of the vegetative and root of 1.81 and 1.50 g respectively, while the control treatment gave the lowest average weight of the vegetative and root of 0.21 and 0.26 g respectively. Interaction treatment gave the highest dry weight ratio of the vegetative and root of 0.95 and 0.84 g respectively, while the control treatment gave the lowest dry weight of the vegetative and root of 0.23 and 0.12 g respectively.

اجري هذا البحث لمعرفة تأثير إضافة السماد السائل (سماد الجامعة) والتلقيح بالفطر Trichoderma harzianum في صفات النمو لبادرات نخيل التمر صنف البرحي. بينت نتائج التجربة الى ان إضافة السماد السائل او التلقيح بالفطر T.harzianumبصورة منفردة ادى الى حصول زيادة معنوية في صفات النمو(ارتفاع المجموع الخضري وطول المجموع الجذري، الوزن الطري والجاف للمجموع الخضري والجذري). وأظهرت النتائج الى تفوق معاملة التداخل للسماد السائل مع الفطر T.harzianumأدى الى زيادة في ارتفاع المجموع الخضري وطول المجموع الجذري مقارنة مع المعاملات الاخرى. وأعطت المعاملة نفسها اعلى معدل لارتفاع المجموع الخضري وطول المجموع الجذري اذ بلغ 28.56 و24.25سم على التوالي بينما اعطت بمعاملة المقارنة اقل معدل لارتفاع المجموع الخضري وطول المجموع الجذري اذ سجلت 15.22و10.37سم على التوالي، وأعطت معاملة التداخل اعلى معدل للوزن الطري للمجموع الخضري والجذري اذ بلغت 1.81و1.50غم على التوالي بينما اعطت معاملة المقارنة اقل معدل للوزن الطري للمجموع الخضري والجذري اذ بلغت0.21 و0.26 غم على التوالي. وأعطت معاملة التداخل اعلى معدل للوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري والجذري اذ بلغت 0.95 و0.84غم على التوالي بينما اعطت معاملة المقارنة اقل معدل للوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري والجذري اذ بلغت0.23 و0.12 غم على التوالي.
