Abstract

The study immediately aims to prepare technical path to manufacture threeindustrial products because of its unavailable in local markets where two of its use fortranslating of motion in the lathe machine and one use for translating of motion in aninternal combustion engine where introduce the best percentage loading time(exploit)on the productivity machine and an addition to calculate of waiting time on it. Thisresearch deals manufacturing that products in the sequencing workshop includes threeproductivity machine are (lathe, milling, grinding) where for every machine oneoperator with calculates operating time to those products depending upon scientificrules at any stage of operations machine to arrive the best sequencing which is givingthe total of shorter time to executive an industrial sequencing operations upon productivity machine then those products are testing then dealing by heat treatment andcooling with special rates to add limited specifications. An effects appear that (CAB) isan optimal sequencing which finishing productivity cycle with time(129)minutes andthe waiting time(0,33,72) minutes upon productivity machine.

Abstract

A new design of three phase overcurrent relay described in this paper. The performance of the new design shows the ability to obtain any shape of characteristic with high accuracy and distinguish between transient and steady state fault. This design used more precise and flexible model Sachdev linear model for get any characteristic, also fast measurement theory to measure load current for less than half cycle and good hardware system design controlled by Pentium version 4 processor.

مرحلة فرط التيار تستعمل للتمييز بين الزيادة المفرطة بالتيار و تيار الحمل فتقوم المرحلة بفصل الجزء العاطل مع إبقاء باقي أجزاء الشبكة تعمل بشكل طبيعي . تم في هذا البحث تصميم مرحلة فرط التيار ثلاثية الطور , تميز التصميم بالقابلية العالية على تحسس تيار العطل بالإضافة إلى إمكانية تمييزه عن تيار الحمل كما أن عن طريق تغيير البرنامج إمكانية تغيير نوع المرحلة (مرحلة فرط تيار أنية أو مرحلة فرط تيار بتأخير زمني) حيث استعملت تمثيل سكاديف لتمثيل منحنيات التيار-الزمن العكسي لما لهذا النوع من دقة عالية و مرونة في الحصول على إي نوع من المرحلة و ذلك بتغيير المعاملات فقط , بالإضافة إلى استعمال طريقة القياس أظهرت السرعة العالية حيث تم قياس التيار في اقل من نصف دورة أي بحدود 10 ملي ثانية . تم اختبار المرحلة و أظهرت النتائج الكفاءة العالية للتصميم الكمي على جلب البيانات بسرعة عالية و على تحسس تيار العطل و إعطاء إشارة الفصل لقاطع الدورة و تمييزه عن تيار الحمل .

Abstract

The global competition turbulent manufacturing environment, declining profit margin, customer demand for the high-quality product had a major impact on the manufacturer. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effective elements of the continuous production system at Baghdad Company for Soft Drinks as a case study consecutive for two years. Production system has been investigated by employing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Overall Resources Effectiveness (ORE). As a result, OEE shows low average values of (11%) at 2014 to (9%) in 2015, while ORE values show an average of (8%) in 2014 and (7%) in 2015 respectively.
