Abstract

Research problem :The current research problem is to clarify some of the aspects and dimensions of the problem of religious extremism in Arab societies in terms of: the factors that lead, the consequences and the required response to this problem.The current research is considered as a theoretical and analytical research where references were used: whether dictionaries, books, or research published in magazines or conferences, or scientific theses, whether master's or doctorate, in addition to benefiting from some of the sites of the Internet in presenting and explaining the research topic.Research Aims:The current research aims at shedding light on the concept of religious extremism, in terms of definition, emergence, factors leading to it, and the consequences of it or its implications on both the individual and society. At the end of the research, some mechanisms were presented that could contribute to overcome the problem of religious extremism in Arab societies.Research Importance :1-The importance of this research stems from the seriousness of the problem of religious extremism and its repercussions and negative effects on the individual, the family, the community and the Islamic religion.2-The importance of the current research is also evident in the fact that it provides us with a set of recommendations and suggestions that can be used to overcome the problem of religious extremism in Arab societies, both at the level of prevention and treatment.Some Research recommendations:The research presented a set of proposals and recommendations that can be used to overcome the problem of religious extremism, such as: renewal of religious discourse , control of the religious platforms, revision of the educational curricula, the need to disseminate the correct teachings of religion, whether through religious, educational and mass media institutions , presenting leisure activities for young people , not relying solely on security confrontations against extremists and terrorists, applying a culture of soft power in the face of the problem of extremism in general and for religious extremism in particular.

تتمثل مشكلة البحث الحالي في توضيح بعض جوانب وأبعاد اشكالية التطرف الديني في المجتمعات العربية، وذلك من حيث: العوامل المؤدية والنتائج المترتبة والمواجهة المطلوبة لهذه المشكلة. ويعد البحث الحالي من البحوث النظرية التحليلية إذ تم الاستعانة بالمراجع: سواء كانت قواميس، أو كتب، أو بحوث منشورة في مجلات أو مؤتمرات، أو رسائل علمية سواء كانت ماجستير أو دكتوراه، هذا فضلاً عن الاستفادة من بعض مواقع شبكة المعلومات الدولية (الإنترنت) في عرض وشرح موضوع البحث.

مما لاشك فيه ان الصهيونية فكراً وسلوكاً موبوءة بالتعصب العنصري والتعصب الديني وعقدة الشعور بالأضطهاد والفزع من اللاسامية, كما أنها مصابة بأورام انتقلت عدواها اليها من طغاة فتكوا باليهود. فلتوراة بمجملها ذات التأثير القوي والفاعل على اخلاق اليهود وسلوكياتهم وعلاقاتهم بغيرهم من الأمم. باعتبارها الكتاب المقدس. كما لها تأثيراتها على معتقداتهم الدينية بشكل او بأخر, حيث انعكست على التربية ذات النمط المتعصب. فقد ظل اليهودي وفقاً لتعاليم العهد القديم مكابداً الحقائق خارجاً عن اطر الطبيعة الانسانية كي يظل متمسكاً بدينه ومنتمياً لمجتمع ورثه وتربى على قيمه وأخلاقه. إزاء ذلك أصبح التقوقع والتطرف الصفتان الملائمتان لليهودي. كما كانت العادات والتقاليد اليهودية تهدف الى شيء واحد هو الحفاظ على اليهودية بعدم الاختلاط بالاغيار ولأبراز تمايز اليهودي عن غيره. وتذكير اليهودي أن إمكانية موته وفنائه كامنة بتخليه عن سماته المميزة. ومن خلال هذا البحث توصلنا الى ما يلي:-1. ان التطرف والغلو عند اليهود قد بلغ قمته بعقيدة شعب الله المختار وان الاخرين ادنى مرتبة منهم ولذا وحسب زعمهم لايجوز تشويه الخلقة الاعلى بالادنى والحفاظ على (النقاء) اليهودي بمثابة الايمان ذاته.2. الشعور بالنقص استحث عندهم مشاعر العنصرية والتفوق الدائم فهم-رغم السبي- شعب الله المختار والاخرون اقل درجة ان لم يكن درجات.3. الشعور بالاضطهاد ولد عندهم مشاعر العظمة والرغبة في السيطرة.4. خلق نزوع التعالي وايهام اتباعهم بعلو منزلتهم ورفعتها باعتبارهم (شعب الله النختار).5. تأطيرهم بقوانين وضوابط غير قابلة للنقاش او الاعتراض نتيجة نسبتها الى الاله.

Abstract

Religion in its wider sense has been found to affect the general life of the individual and the society to find a common ground to whoever believes in the peaceful coexistence for the elevation of communities. However, the problem arising from the application of religious concepts lies in fanaticism concerning the reading and interpretation of religious texts in their narrow denotative meaning. It lies, moreover, in the projection of the surface meaning of these texts on the practical reality leading to a great gap between the intent of the religious text and the practical reality, notwithstanding the fact that human communities pass through continuous development on the technological, economic and legal levels. This would lead to a gap between the philosophy to be applied from the religious text and the legal text which seeks to keep pace with the public rapid developments. In this light, the study aims at highlighting the effect of religious extremism on the security and legal reality to focus on the reflections of extremism on laws in general and rules of the international law in particular. It aims, moreover, at investigating the mechanisms of the international law with a focus on the most important international accords that addressed the concept of moderation and renounced religious extremism to highlight the implications of these accords in the international peace and security. To achieve these objectives, the inductive descriptive approach is adopted focusing on the structural aspects of legal texts and the content of relevant international accords to analyze their content. The analytical practical approach is also utilized depending on the analysis of national and international legal texts to be compared with the practical reality. The data for analysis are collected from international agreements and the analysis of national legal texts to be compared with the practical experiments and applications of relevant issues. The findings of the study include; first, the attempt to arrive at a clear picture of the role of the international law in confronting cases of religious extremism to foster rules of moderation in all international and national laws. Second, when a suitable atmosphere is provided for religious extremism, this will definitely be reflected on coexistence within states and, as a result, on the bilateral coexistence. This, in its turn, will lead to affecting the international peace and security. Third, an emphasis should be placed on the educational teaching curricula and the audiovisual religious programs to be evaluated within an international working mechanism under the supervision of the UNESCO. Forth, the activities of all religious and ideological institutions should be monitored to be directed in such a way that suits the dissemination of moderation and peaceful coexistence

ان الدين بمفهومة الواسع وجد للتأثير على طبيعة الحياة العامة والخاصة للمجتمع والفرد ومن اجل ايجاد ارضية مشتركة لكل من يؤمن به للتعايش السلمي ومن ثم الرقي بهذه المجتمعات ولكن الاشكالية التي تبثق الى الوجود نتيجة تطبيق المفاهيم الدينية في جلها تكمن خلف التعصب في قراءاة النصوص الدينية وتفسيرها بالمعنى اللفظي الضيق او قصر معناها السطحي واسقاطه على الواقع العملي مما يؤدي الى وجود بون واسع بين غاية النص الديني والواقع العملي لاسيما وان المجتمعات الانسانية في تطور مستمر سواء على الصعيد التكنلوجي والاقتصادي والقانوني الامر الذي يؤدي الى وجود اختلاف بين الفلسفة المراد تطبيقها من النص الديني وبين النص القانوني الذي يحاول ان يواكب التطورات العامة المتسارعة.
